Clearing old tool results now keeps their text when images are attached

To save room, Claude Code can clear the results of older tool calls from the conversation. A tool call is one action Claude takes, such as reading a file. Each cleared result is replaced with a short placeholder.

Before, a result containing images or documents was swapped for the placeholder with only a short marker in front. Now the text at the start of the result is kept and placed before the placeholder, unless the placeholder already begins with that text. Results that hold images or documents along with some text are also passed over in one step of choosing what to clear.
