Every system prompt the client sent
The system array and the tool descriptions each release of the client sends to the model, read back out of the request a sandboxed install actually put on the wire. Each way of capturing it is its own prompt, and a change is measured against the previous capture taken the same way, never across them.
The injected-prompt ledger covers everything else: the compaction instruction, a subagent request’s own system prompt, and the conditional <system-reminder> blocks.
