What
A session is one conversation with Claude and its history, and its transcript is the saved record of it. When you rename a session, the result now says whether the transcript was updated. It is false when writing the name to the transcript failed. Before, the result only said whether the session list was updated.
Why
A failed rename of the transcript can now be noticed and shown.
