What
Claude Code can look up saved memories related to your prompt in advance, before Claude needs them. It skips this for prompts that contain no spaces. Before, a single-word prompt in Chinese, Japanese or Korean, languages that are often written without spaces, could still get the lookup when a setting was on. That exception is gone, so every prompt without spaces skips it.
The rule for looking up account memories is also simpler, and one usage-report field about waiting for the lookup was removed.
Why
If you write prompts in Chinese, Japanese or Korean without spaces, memories may no longer be looked up in advance for them.
