What
A program driving Claude Code through the SDK can ask for a tool to be used. When such a request needs your permission and the tool does not allow any permission rule changes, the request no longer includes suggestions for rules you could add. When the request matched an "ask" rule, it now falls back to a default value. Before, the suggestions were always sent.
Why
SDK permission prompts for these tools no longer offer rule changes the tool would not accept.
