What
Claude Code now has two new error messages for work that runs on another computer:
Version mismatch: shown when the Claude Code on an attached computer is older or newer than the version the session is using.
Changed approval: shown when an approval changed a tool call, which is an action Claude asks permission to take, so the request sent to the other computer was withdrawn.
Why
These messages give new wording for times when a remote action is refused. You see a stated reason in place of a silent failure.
