What
Three small changes:
when a turn (one round of Claude working) was stopped and its input is then accepted, converted or found to be a duplicate, Claude Code now signals that the turn was handed off
the usage data Claude Code records about permission prompts now includes the directory the prompt was asked in
behind an internal check, each tool call can now carry a reference to the tool call it ran inside, and auto mode records when its denial limit was reached and when a script check was put off
The paths in the last item were switched off entirely before.
Why
Paths that were permanently off can now run, depending on an internal check, and the records about permission prompts carry one more detail.
