Sometimes Claude finishes a turn in the main conversation without writing anything. Claude Code can now record an empty reply marked as a normal end of turn when that happens, and log that it occurred.

This sits behind the server-side switch tengu_prancy_charm. It is off unless it is switched on remotely.

Why

This changes what happens when Claude ends a turn with no output.
