Unclear It is not clear which condition triggers the time-limited check or whether it applies to ordinary sessions.

What

A sandbox is a restricted environment that limits what commands can reach, including which websites or servers they can connect to. When a sandboxed command tries to reach a host that needs a decision, Claude Code can pass it to an automatic check. Before, that check had no time limit. Now, under one particular condition, Claude Code runs the check with a time limit and treats the request as denied if it gets no result.

Why

This changes how sandbox network requests get resolved, so some of them may now be refused after a wait rather than hanging.
