What
Several internal changes appear that point to a REPL mode still being built:
- Messages of the REPL mode type are filtered out before they are passed on.
- Usage data now includes
repl_mode when it has a value.
tail_input_given_up and mcp_unasked_turn were added to lists of names Claude Code records.
session_turn_state is now skipped when Claude Code counts metrics.
- An SDK step that handles connector ids now only applies outside remote and environment sessions.
Why
These are bookkeeping and usage-data changes, and they do not change what you see on their own.
