Session list previews skip compacted summaries and survive a cut-off last line

When you resume a session, the list of past sessions shows each one's first prompt as a preview. Compacting is when Claude Code shortens a long conversation by replacing earlier parts with a summary. When picking the preview, Claude Code now skips those compaction summaries as well as internal records. If the last line of a session file was cut off and cannot be read normally, it now scans what it can of that line for the prompt text. Before, it gave up and showed an empty preview.
