What
/insights reviews your recent sessions and has always written an HTML report and given you its link. A new mode also includes the session you are in now and returns a summary for Claude to tell you, with no report file to open.
In this mode:
it respects privacy labels and can be stopped partway
it refuses to start while an earlier run in the same session is still stopping, and Claude is told to ask you to try again shortly
long sessions are summarised in batches rather than all at once
it does not record usage data about recommending auto mode
