What
A language server (LSP server) gives Claude code information such as definitions and references. Plugins can provide their own. When Claude Code's LSP tool sends a request to a language server that came from a plugin, it now records a usage event with the operation that was asked for.
Why
This adds usage data about how plugin-provided language servers are used. It does not change what the tool does.
