Claude Code lets Claude read the plan files for the current session without asking for your permission. Before, that allowance also covered a separate workshop document. It no longer does. The explanations Claude Code gave for permission decisions about that document have also been replaced by a plain display of the permission rule that applied.

The workshop document may no longer be readable without asking.
