In plan mode, Claude Code sends Claude a reminder about planning before making changes. The full version of that reminder no longer includes the path of the active plan workshop document, the measurement of whether a workshop was active, or the extra details that went with it.
Why
Plan workshop support appears to have been removed from this reminder or moved somewhere else.
