The output style picker is the menu where you choose how Claude Code writes its replies. It now marks itself as not being the redesigned version. Its note "This changes how Claude Code communicates with you" now comes from shared text that other parts of Claude Code can reuse, where before it was written into the picker directly. The picker looks and works the same as before.
