What
Teleport moves a session, meaning one continuous conversation with Claude, from one place to another so you can carry on there. After a teleport resume, Claude Code now checks whether the history includes its summarized rows, which are the condensed records of earlier parts of the conversation. If they are missing, Claude Code adds a warning message to the conversation.
Why
You now hear about it when a resumed conversation is missing part of its history, instead of carrying on without knowing.
