What
This release carries several small internal changes:
An internal check that already accepted command-line and session sources now also accepts MCP mounts. MCP servers are add-on programs that give Claude extra tools.
Subscribing to updates on a pull request can now handle a response saying you are not authorised.
A new counter tracks skill updates that target a plugin's own skill, and a new category covers skills that were seeded in advance.
The name of a remote session is now among the fields Claude Code tracks.
A timing mark records the first initialisation during startup.
Shortening the contents of a loop.md file now takes an extra option.
Why
These are small behaviour shifts, mostly about what Claude Code measures. Little or nothing here changes what you see day to day.
