MCP servers are add-on programs that give Claude extra tools.\n\n- Subscribing to updates on a pull request can now handle a response saying you are not authorised.\n\n- A new counter tracks skill updates that target a plugin's own skill, and a new category covers skills that were seeded in advance.\n\n- The name of a remote session is now among the fields Claude Code tracks.\n\n- A timing mark records the first initialisation during startup.\n\n- Shortening the contents of a `loop.md` file now takes an extra option.\n\n**Why**\n\nThese are small behaviour shifts, mostly about what Claude Code measures. Little or nothing here changes what you see day to day.\n\n- Area: Telemetry\n- Tier: Under the hood\n- Useful: 1\/5\n- Signal: 1\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
