When Claude Code reads a local file, it now passes an extra list along with the read in some cases. This only happens when an internal condition is true and CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE is not set to self_hosted. Before, no such list was passed.

This looks like a change to the checks on which files can be read in remote sessions.
