Privacy settings are refreshed even when saving them fails

Claude Code keeps a saved copy of your privacy settings so it does not have to fetch them each time. That copy used to be cleared only when an update to the settings succeeded. It is now cleared after every attempt, whether it succeeds or fails. The same applies when you mark a privacy notice as seen.

The update also now reports back the server's response and records whether it worked.
