Unclear What triggers this condition, and so when session data stops being saved, is not known.
What
Several parts of Claude Code that save session data to disk now stop early when a shared condition is true. In that case:
- A record of which tools the session was offered is not saved.
- A check on a session's ID-based file path fails.
- No storage location is reported.
Before, the record was always saved and the path check had no such condition.

This looks like a mode in which Claude Code avoids writing session data to disk.
