Unclear It is not clear what these switches control.
Claude Code has gained new switches that Anthropic can turn on or off remotely. One, tengu_dapper_dusk, is off by default and counts as on only when the value comes from the server and Claude Code is talking to its default host. Two more switch names were added to a list.
In readings taken before this release, the flag server returned on for tengu_dapper_dusk for this site's account and for the anonymous baseline.
These switches do not yet show what they control.
tengu_dapper_dusk Off by default, switched on for this accountThe shipped code defaults this off, and the flag server returned on for the one account this site reads on this version. That is the reading that makes the entry above worth a second look, and it still says nothing about your account.
This account: on · anonymous baseline: on · compiled default in v2.1.299: off
These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.
tengu_steadfast_wren Not enough to sayNothing here resolved what this flag was doing on this version, so nothing here should be read as on or off.
This account: no value returned · anonymous baseline: off · compiled default in v2.1.299: not a boolean we can read

Read once, for one account on one subscription tier, against v2.1.299. It isn't a statement about your account. What a flag value here can and cannot tell you
A reading is one sample. Claude Code evaluates its flags remotely, so no client sees the targeting rule behind a value and this says nothing about your account.
