What
Claude Code now checks a new remotely controlled switch, tengu_violin_fhole. It counts as on only if the server says exactly on, and it is off unless switched on remotely or if the check fails. Earlier readings found the flag server returning it on for this site's account and for an anonymous baseline.
Why
This looks like a feature shipped switched off, ready to be turned on from the server later.
Read from
Feature flag
tengu_violin_fholeOff by default, switched on for this account
The shipped code defaults this off, and the flag server returned on for the one account this site reads on this version. That is the reading that makes the entry above worth a second look, and it still says nothing about your account.
