What
Claude Code now includes a new feature switch named tengu_wise_kite. A feature switch is a setting that Anthropic's servers can turn on or off for each account. When the server sends no value, the switch falls back to off. The switch is checked together with a match against one fixed value, and only that match combined with the switch turns the feature on.
Why
This prepares something that is not yet turned on by default. Nothing visible depends on it unless it is switched on remotely.
