What

In one sign-in failure case, Claude Code used to say your account does not have access to Claude. It now shows: "Failed to authenticate: OAuth token revoked. Please log in again or contact your administrator." An OAuth token is the saved credential that keeps you logged in.

Why

The message now tells you the actual problem, a revoked login, so logging in again is the clear next step.
