What
Claude Code now contains a warning for entries in extraKnownMarketplaces (the setting that registers extra plugin marketplaces) whose name reads like an official Anthropic or Claude marketplace. That path would ignore the entry but keep it in your settings file and ask you to rename or delete it.
In this build that path cannot run. Such entries still go through the existing path, which reports that an invalid marketplace entry was ignored.
Why
This prepares for blocking marketplaces that pose as official ones, but nothing changes for you yet.
