What
The Discover plugins screen now passes details about how it loaded to a reporting step. The details include row counts, how long loading took and how you opened the screen. In this build that reporting step is empty, so nothing is recorded or sent.
Why
Nothing changes for you now. It shows that reporting on the plugin directory is being prepared.
