What
The skills list shows each skill's state: on, name only, user only or off. Each state used to be shown as a coloured symbol with a label. Now it is a status icon with a word next to it. The icon also carries an aria-label, which is text a screen reader reads aloud, such as "name only:" or "user only:".
Why
People using screen readers can now hear each skill's state, instead of it being shown only by symbol and colour.
