What

A task can be moved to the background so it can deliver a message later. When you stop a turn, for example with Esc, waiting updates from those tasks are now put back in the queue as passive. A passive update does not start the model working again. The tasks are then stopped.

Before, the tasks were only stopped.

Why

This keeps an old update from a stopped task from waking the model after you have told it to stop.
