What
When you resume an earlier session, Claude Code reads its saved transcript. It now reports more detail about that read in its usage data, including how many bytes it scanned and where in the transcript it started. It also records a few extra details about the session's state around the resume.
Why
This is diagnostic data that suggests work on how resuming reads transcripts. It does not change what you see.
