Unclear Whether a typed line is now held or now let through while a rewind waits behind a stopped turn is not clear.
What
Two timing changes:
- In remote mode, where Claude Code runs on another machine, a line you submit is no longer held while a rewind (going back to an earlier point in the conversation) is waiting behind a stopped turn.
- When Claude Code sends a request to an MCP server running through the Agent SDK, it can now wait a short grace period in case the other side refuses, and it records when it waited.
Why
These are meant to fix cases where a rewind or an SDK MCP request ran in the wrong order.
