What
Some connector tools ask for access to a website or an app. A call to one of them that lacks a URL, or a reason, given as text now fails with an input error and a note saying how to fix it. The error codes include SITE_ACCESS_URL_ABSENT and APP_ACCESS_REASON_ABSENT.
Why
Claude gets a clear hint and can correct the call itself instead of failing without explanation.
