Claude Code has a reminder that tells the model to send a file when the user should have it. That reminder used to fire only for links starting with computer:// or file://. It can now also fire for relative markdown image links to .png, .jpg, .gif, .webp and .svg files.
This sits behind the tengu_peaceful_shamir switch, which is off unless it is turned on remotely. It read off for this site's account and for the anonymous baseline, in readings not taken under this release.
Where it is turned on, the model is more likely to actually send an image it only linked to, so you get the file instead of a link you cannot open.
tengu_peaceful_shamir Off in both readingsThe flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.

These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.
Read once, for one account on one subscription tier, against v2.1.319. It isn't a statement about your account. What a flag value here can and cannot tell you
