What

Claude Code has a rule for when to refresh the list of tools it tells Claude about, including tools whose details are loaded only when needed. The rule has two checks, a main one and a fallback. Those two checks have swapped places: the main check is now about the tool search tool being filtered out, and the fallback is about refreshing the tool list.
