What

When the server sends no value for the remote switch tengu_serene_curry, its fallback is no longer always off. The fallback is now worked out from how Claude Code was started. For this site's account and for an anonymous check, the server answered off.

Why

In some ways of starting Claude Code, the part this switch guards may now run when the server sends nothing.

tengu_serene_curry Off in both readings

The flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.

This account: off · anonymous baseline: off · compiled default in v2.1.318: not a boolean we can read

These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.
