A remotely controlled switch that already did not apply to organisations under the HIPAA policy is now also turned off under one more condition. Before, that slot in the check always passed. The switch is still off unless it is switched on remotely, and what it controls still cannot be seen.
The feature behind it is now held back in one more situation.
