In a shared task list, an agent claims a task to say it is working on it. When a claim fails, Claude Code now returns only the reason and the task itself.
blocked: the task depends on others that are not done. The list of those tasks is no longer included.
agent_busy: the agent is already working on something. The list of tasks it is busy with is no longer included.
Why
A failed claim now says less about what is holding it up. Anything that relied on seeing those lists of tasks no longer gets them.
