Claude Code's code now includes two new internal names. One marks a step at startup where commands are scanned after the MCP setup has been read. The other is for an ultrareview evaluation. An evaluation tool is also loaded, but only when an internal check passes.
Why
These look like internal tools and timing markers rather than anything you would use directly.
