Unclear It is not clear what the connection does once it is told the process slept, so the effect on reconnecting is unknown.
What
Remote sessions talk to Claude Code over SSE, a connection that streams events from a server. Several pieces of that connection changed, along with one new prompt line:
onProcessSleptis a new callback, which is code that runs when an event happens, here when the process has been asleep. It is passed to the SSE transport only for transports that own their own process. It fires only when the remote switchtengu_tranquil_cocoais on, and that switch falls back to false in the code. Nothing has been read about this switch yet.requireStreamEvidencewas!1, meaning false. It is nowKyt() || !1. In this buildKytalways returns false, so the setting stays off.tengu_ccr_sse_long_poll_fallbackfalls back to true in the code. Nothing has been read about it yet, or abouttengu_ccr_sse_keepalive_max_interval_s.tengu_golden_thunderadds a line to the Bash tool's instructions to the model: "Don't runlsorfindto see whether the person attached a file." This switch also falls back to false. In readings taken before this release, Anthropic's servers returned it off for this site's account and for a signed-out baseline. No reading has been taken under this release.
Why
These pieces are in place but switched off in the code unless Anthropic's servers turn them on. If they are turned on, remote sessions could handle a computer going to sleep differently, and Claude would stop listing files to check for attachments.
tengu_tranquil_cocoa Not enough to sayNothing here resolved what this flag was doing on this version, so nothing here should be read as on or off.
This account: no value returned · anonymous baseline: no value returned · compiled default in v2.1.318: off
These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.
