What
A hint that tells you which key toggles something used to be built from the key plus the text " to toggle". It is now built from the key, " to " and "toggle" as separate pieces. The earlier code also stored this hint in the wrong place in its internal cache, and that mistake is fixed.
Why
The hint should read the same as before. The fix makes the hint less likely to show stale or wrong text.
