Unclear The wording a reader sees when a denial mentions the session limit is not known.

What

A permission request is Claude asking before it does something such as running a command. The message Claude Code builds when a request is denied can now take into account that a remote session has a session limit.

Permission requests that are put on hold to wait for an answer also now record the folder they were asked in.

Why

In remote sessions with a session limit, the denial message may read differently.
