Unclear What this layout step is used for, and so what changes on screen, is not clear.

What

Claude Code draws its terminal display from nested boxes. One layout step walks down through boxes that stack their contents vertically. It used to continue only through boxes with no border and no vertical padding (empty space inside the edge). It now checks only that a box has no border, so boxes with vertical padding no longer stop it.

Why

This can slightly change how some parts of the screen are laid out or where the cursor ends up.
