Auto mode is the permission mode in which Claude Code decides for itself whether an action can go ahead. When it blocks something, the label usually names the tool, as in "[tool] blocked by auto mode". In some cases it now shows just "Blocked by auto mode".

This is a small wording change in how blocks are shown.
