What

When Claude Code shows a hint about how to leave, it says "Press Ctrl+C twice" in some situations and "Run /exit" in others. Before, only one set of conditions produced the Ctrl+C hint. Now a second set of conditions produces it as well. In every other case the hint still points to /exit.

Why

Some terminal or session types that used to be told to run /exit will now be told to press Ctrl+C twice instead.
