What

When Claude Code creates a session that runs in the cloud, the session it gets back can now include two new details:

  • mayBeOnARunner, set when the session is being moved.
  • selfHostedStartNotice, a notice about starting on a self-hosted runner (a machine you run yourself instead of Anthropic's).

The error shown when cloud session setup fails still mentions CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN and CLAUDE_CODE_ORGANIZATION_UUID.

Why

This appears to be part of moving sessions between Anthropic's cloud and self-hosted runners.
