What
If you are already on the top subscription plan, Claude Code now says: "You are already on the highest individual plan. For additional usage, run /login to switch to an API usage-billed account." It used to say you were on "the highest Max subscription plan".
The advice is the same: use /login to switch to an account billed by API usage.
