What
Managed settings are settings your organisation supplies to Claude Code. Some of them need your approval in a security dialog. That flow now counts how many approval requests are open. It also tracks whether approval was withheld, which means rejected or put off. The result is one of three states: asking, withheld or settled.
Why
Other parts of Claude Code can now wait for the outcome of that approval before going ahead.
