What
A connector links Claude to an outside service. When you reconnect one and the attempt fails with a "not connected" error that names the connector by an earlier name, Claude Code now rewrites the message so it names the connector you are reconnecting.
Why
The error points at the connector you are actually working with, not one it no longer matches.
