What
Claude Code has a note for Claude saying that the session's GitHub proxy (the go-between that relays its GitHub requests) creates private repositories only. The note tells Claude to keep -F private=true when creating a repository and to use plain values only.
Why
This shapes how Claude writes GitHub commands in cloud sessions, so it does not try to create a public repository that the proxy would refuse.
